Only the most basic of skills is taught here; with the right attention placed on each child in order to help him/her learn. Takigakure
An extremely small village in which most shinboi are weak. They reside on a small island in the middle of lake under the boughs of a gigantic tree. Because of their size and lack of great ninja, they're the only honestly hidden village, keeping their small fortress a secret say for a few trusted individuals of konohagakure.
