—» Keep OoC to the OoC boards.
—» Be respectful of the staff, and each other.
—» Keep cursing to a minimum outside of RP.
—» Keep away from racist, sexist, and degrading remarks.
—» Keep things PG-13 in OoC discussion, as well as images.
—» Signature Images should no exceed 500x300. (WidthxHeight)
—» Only three images in your signature at any time[unless its giant, then please be reasonable! Small images can be more in number.]
—» Any images that stretch the board should be resized. If they are not within a day, an admin will edit the post and send you a PM about it.
—» You get three warnings, via PM and well marked, before a temporary ban. If things continue a full ban will be used.
—» Only three original characters or two cannon per person, please. Staff members may hold four original, or three cannon; rules ARE subject to change, based on person’s experience and role play ability. Meaning, more characters can be given out with permission and activity.

—» Keep them realistic to Naruto. Nothing that pertains to other games, anime and/or manga, please.[images for characters from other manga/anime allowed, just not the character themselves]
—» No wings, cat ears, dragon wings, ETC. hats and outfits with such things MAY be accepted, but unless your character is an animal, they shouldn’t have any animal parts. [IE: Clans such as Inuzuka are an exception to this rule]
—»To have a demon, you must have permission from an admin, and must already be a valued role player to the board. We can not trust just anyone with such valued roles, so please understand.
—» Blood abilities such as Byakugan, Sharingan, Shikotsu Myaku and Souma no Kou are rare; please don’t try to squeeze these in if they do not fit with your character. Not everyone will have one, even if they are custom.
—»If your character is supposed to have a special ability, jutsu, blood limit, or anything original to only them; and isn’t from a cannon clan, please create your clan to be checked over by admins on the Clan Creation Board; jutsu’s must be approved on the Jutsu Creation Board.
—» No all powerful characters. This should be obvious, but people still want to make them. We all know everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Once again, keep them realistic.
—» Refrain from characters related to the Naruto canon. Once again, permission must be granted from an admin, and only if your character is seen as an asset will the character be deemed playable. Not everyone is related to Canon.
—»For the love of all that is decent, do NOT try to create a kage—these positions are reserved, and they will not be thrown out like candy. Anyone seen applying for a Kage without permission, ahead of time, will immediately be rejected. [PM, Email, or chat IM is acceptable for asking for permission.]
—» Please read accepted character profiles to get an idea[Please disregard Ki-chan's and Leiko's profiles for these, we got a little carried away and they are MUCH longer then needed. ^-^]. We expect you to already know what we’re looking for, and will not tolerate having to repeat what needs to be fixed over and over again. Small mistakes can slide; but don’t count on staff going easy on you no matter who you are. Limited length for profiles is listed on the creation board.
—»If you are going to adopt another person’s NPC (which are listed on the NPC adoption board), you must make the profile and RP sample not only up to the admin’s standards but to the standards of the original creator. Remember, you are laying their character.
—»If you create a character related to, or that directly does/will, interact with an already made character (IE: You make a member from someone else’s made up clan) you must have their permission first. admins will not allow you to play without their permission.
—» If a character sits un-used for longer then a week, it will be deemed abandoned. Canons will be put back up for adoption after another week and Originals will be stuck into the graveyard. Resurrection by a staff member will only be allowed if there is a good reason for the disappearance. [If a leave is posted, or you are stuck because someone else is not posting, you are excluded from this rule.]

This is 200 words. This is what a 200 word post should look like; it isn’t much, I promise. If you can not post this much, which I’m sure most of you can, then we at least ask you try. Please remember anything you “say” is not included in the 200 limit. [/i]


—» Refrain from using Wolfspeak and/or chatspeak in your posts. It’s annoying, and simply will not be tolerated at all. You have been warned.
—» No Godmoding/Power playing. A hug, tap on the shoulder, maybe even a slap across the face is fine. If it does not “harm” the other character, then I will not consider it godmoding. However, catching someone as they run, or stabbing them is still considered godmodeing. It’s all about the context of which it is used. [Please contact me if this confuses you.]
—» Any post less than 300 words on the RP boards will be removed or modified and a PM sent to you. Repeat offences of this SIMPLE task, will result in a temporary ban. 300 words is not a lot, people.
—»If you are aware of a leave of absence sustaining for a long period of time, please inform the board of this, so that your character is not seen as abandoned.
—»Anything sexually graphic we recommend you bring off the board; we suggest you use a “fade to black” method with your characters. Links to things brought off the board is allowed inside the mature board. Admins must be PMed for a password to this board, and if you are under our age limit, you cannot enter. If you are caught in this board and you have not received the password from an admin, you can and WILL be banned for breaking this rule. We will not be flimsy here, sorry kiddos! Continued posts are also allowed here, but we prefer that the replies be all in one lump post, as it saves space.

—» Once more, refrain from godmoding/powerplaying.
—» If a fight goes longer than two pages worth of posts, ask a Staff member to judge the fight.
—» You cannot dodge everything. No matter how strong your character is, they will eventually get hit, please remember this.
—» You cannot kill someone else's character without permission. If a character does not post for longer then a week in the middle of a battle, they CAN be declared the loser, and may die.
—» If wounds are too heavy, your character may be judged as fatally injured, and death is a possibility.
—» Fight realistically. Think about how your character uses their body, weapons, and skills to their advantage. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes; or give into your weaknesses. That is what makes a fight enjoyable to read.
