This is simple, really. Just fill out this form and post it back here. Form must be repeated for EVERY jutsu; though all can be placed into the same thread. Please remember that not all of your customs should be limited to just your character, if hey have a family, consider one or two to be passed down; possibly make it open for everyone to use.
