Oh! Sweet memories!

A time to think

Yaki wonders about her place in life as she worries and thinks back on her friends and how they have all died and/or left. When Ryuu finds her, they reminese for a little while before Hiiro shows up.

After a mistaken attack on Yaki Ryuu Attacks Hiiro. Hiiro and his Kira-kusaki return the attack and the plant-creatures frighten Yaki. This makes Hiiro leave in a hurry. Yaki feels bad, makes plans to meet with Ryuu and heads off to find Hiiro to apologise.

In This Cocoon

Yaki runs to the roof of the Akiyama shop, only to get scooped up by the vines of a very angry large plant. Fearing for her life, she calls for Hiiro, whom after a little struggle with the vines himself comes to save her.

She pleads for his forgiveness, feeling that havign hurt him so she shouldn't continue to live. He forgives her, as well as apologises for keeping his plants a secret from her. She learns the giant plant is Okaasan and makes well with them.

She rushes off to meet Ryuu as planned.

A Meeting Point

She meets Ryuu at the top of the dune. Before discussing what she actualyl wanted him there for, they get a little too close. She thinks, in her innocent mind, that he just simply wants to help her. Once he is close enough he kisses her.

Unknown to her Hiiro had been watching and as she sees him walk off, rushes off to him knowing that he is angry. When she finds him, he is standing next to an empty Sumiyaka complex; they had all left because Leiko was in the bingo book. Hiiro becomes cold to Yaki and kisses her goodbye. Soon after Yaki passes out....
